It’s the start of term, and thousands of companies are out there at careers fairs and milk rounds with their graduate schemes, placements, jobs and internships looking for somebody just like you. But are you looking for someone just like them?

This week we’re exploring the WORKING ENVIRONMENT in three companies to help you decide who you’re looking for. Here are some working environment insights into FreshfieldsSavills and Red Bull.

LAW: FRESHFIELDS

We help the world’s largest corporations, financial institutions and governments overcome their most complex challenges. At Freshfields, you might be working on the biggest ever M&A deal of its kind, award-winning multi-billion-pound litigation or helping moves towards ‘Industry 4.0’. Many of these matters are complicated, crossing multiple geographical borders and practice groups, so teamwork is at the core of our culture.

Our three-week summer vacation schemes are an exciting way to find out more about life at Freshfields before considering applying for a training contract. Our market-leading training contract offers you a wide breadth of experience across our many areas of law. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know what type of law you want to specialise in – not many people do at this stage. Instead, we think your training should be all about trying different things. You might choose several specialist teams that interest you or return to a seat you want to qualify into. You’ll be able to return to larger practice groups as well.
